The Hawkes bay Fish-Out Day held on Saturday 24th March was agreat success with plenty of kids having a go at catching a trout
We ran our first kids fishing day on March 24th and drew a great attendance.
The Hawke’s Bay summer has really been a non-event and has meant angling in the Bay has mostly occurred in overcast cool condition
Recent fishing reports have been of excellent fishing in many of the regions rivers with the Tukituki preforming very well.
On October 28 a couple of young students from Tutira School assisted in the liberation of 2250 rainbow and 500 brown trout into Lake Tutira.
